THE CONCEPT

Nahm is known for using robustly flavoured ingredients — garlic, shrimp paste, chillies, lemongrass — melded together to create a sophisticated, balanced elegance in every dish. The menu includes curries, salads, relishes, soups and stir-fries, often featuring traditional ingredients less seen in modern Thai restaurants. Chef Pim upholds this tradition while delivering surprising tastes and textures, expressing her personal style with exceptional ingredients acquired through fostering close relationships with food producers across Thailand.

The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the outdoor pool. Guests may dine within its cool interiors, out on the terrace, or in our private dining room.
