Midnight Cutoff
Deadline counts back from 12:00 AM Thailand time on the activity date
Refund Rules Vary
Some activities are non-refundable or partially refundable
If an activity allows cancellation before a specified number of hours, the cancellation deadline is calculated from 12:00 AM (midnight) on the activity date, based on local time in Thailand (GMT +7). The allowed hours are counted backward from that time.
For example - If your activity is scheduled for 10 January and the cancellation policy allows 24 hours before the activity date, you must cancel before 12:00 AM (midnight) on 9 January (Thailand time) to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that some activities may be non-refundable or partially refundable, and Thai Pass cannot modify or override a merchant’s cancellation policy once a booking is confirmed.
