A GENTLE SUNSET PADDLE AND LAKESIDE BBQ WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Specially designed for those short on time or for those looking to try something a little different with their friends and family, this easy 4 hour tour consists of kayaking on Mae Kuang reservoir as the sun drops below the horizon followed by a delicious lakeside BBQ and refreshments.

We meet at Trailhead Café at 3.30pm and drive to Mae Kuang for the evening activities. After arriving we’ll show you how to install the folding kayak before heading off for a gentle paddle across the reservoir watching the sun setting over the mountains and taking plenty of photos along the way. We’ll pass the suspension bridge – an Instagrammers favourite before heading to quieter parts of the lake full of birdlife and amazing scenery. After an hour we paddle to the BBQ area on the lakeside and enjoy a cool drink and tasty treats cooked up on the BBQ as night falls before heading back to the city.
